The Hotel Polo Novum (rooms with breakfast) has been a name with a good ring to it for holiday-makers, travellers and business people for 30 years and offers the demanding guest a place to experience a feeling of well-being in the middle of one of the worlds greatest cities, Hamburg, but one that is also in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station. You feel it at once - the special flair and the personal interest in your well-being that form the framework of the pleasant atmosphere.

Reception

Our Reception is open 24 hours. Here you always get a friendly answer to all your concerns. Push the "Reception" button on your telephone and you will be connected.

Check in / Check out

The “check-in” time is as early as 3 p.m. We ask you kindly to check-out till 11 a.m. at your day of departure.

Ticket Center

At the Rezeption you can buy tickets and make reservations for events, musicals and concerts.

Parking

Our Parking Lot is about 150 meters from the Hotel Polo Novum. Please check the price list
at the Reception or in your room.

Visiting Hours

Please understand that our Hotel will be closed for visitors and non hotel guests at 12 o'clock at night.
